Crysbro engages MTI Exec-Search for COO positions

Recently, MTI HRM Solutions successfully conducted and completed an executive search assignment for Farms Pride. The company which is a leading player in the poultry industry with its brand name, Crysbro, was in the search for a ‘Chief Operating Officer’. This was to support Farms Pride need to enhance their business strategy within the country in the upcoming years.

The assignment eventually led to the appointment of Eshantha Peiris as the COO of Farms Pride given his career spanning over 22 years in general management, finance and management consulting. Furthermore the senior managerial positions that he has held in FMCG, Manufacturing, Aquaculture, Trading and Leisure both locally and internationally helped to identify him as the best suited for the role. Currently, Farms Pride is a 100% Sri Lankan source enterprise and a fully integrated poultry organisation within a group of companies that was established in 1972.
