Forte, the first Business Psychology consultancy in Sri Lanka founded in 2009, is partnering with Full Life Coaching Australia to provide a comprehensive 360 degree solution for organisational growth through executive coaching, counseling and training. Forte-Full Life partnership brings about the combined work experience from Australia, the UK, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
Both companies follow the Full Life Coaching P3 Growth Model, which has research based evidence published in international conferences in Australia, Turkey, Italy and Singapore and has been utilised to bring exceptional outcomes to organisations as well as individuals of different demographics.
Be it process improvement or people development, Forte’s solutions are all customised to the needs of the clients and the solutions and programs are based on current and previous research evidence from similar organisations in Sri Lanka and abroad. Forte aims to foster development and growth of individuals, companies and communities by raising the bar of standards in both human performance and process excellence which includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, culture co-creation and change management.
