Be it process improvement or people development, Forte’s solutions are all customised to the needs of the clients and the solutions and programs are based on current and previous research evidence from similar organisations in Sri Lanka and abroad. Forte aims to foster development and growth of individuals, companies and communities by raising the bar of standards in both human performance and process excellence which includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, culture co-creation and change management.
In Sri Lanka, Forte in the past few years have served clients such as GSK, CitiBank, HSBC, Aitken Spence, 3M Sri Lanka, Hayleys, Diethelem Travels, MAS Holdings, Airtel, Union Bank, Durdans Hospitals, Asia Capital, Multilac and Lyceum International to name a few. Forte also partners with Foundation of Goodness and Unity Mission Trust to develop young leaders and high achievers from different parts of the island.
The vision of Full Life is to equip people towards a fulfilled life, one decision at a time. Full Life has been primarily catering its services to individuals and universities in Australia and its research on the P3 Growth model has been published and presented in Australia, Singapore, Italy and Turkey. Based on its foundational work since the early 2000, Full Life Coaching has been involved in developing mentors and leaders in a local community in Brisbane.
