With over 25 years of experience globally in researching, recognising and building great workplaces, Great Place to Work Institute is well positioned to assist and guide you in making the journey towards creating and sustaining a great workplace, and thereby ensuring that your most valuable asset will come back every morning with enough passion to drive your organisation towards continuous growth and success. Keeping to their commitment towards making Sri Lanka a Great Place to Work, upon their successful conclusion of the ‘Sri Lanka’s Best Companies to Work For 2014’ list, the Great Place to Work Institute has yet again taken the initiative to provide a platform for the development of great workplaces with their signature workshop ‘The Fundamentals of Creating a Great Workplace’. Conducted by Prasenjit Bhattacharya, a globally certified facilitator with over a decade of experience in establishing a foundation for the creation of great workplaces, this is a one of a kind interactive program that incorporates the global model and framework of creating and sustaining great workplaces together with real life case studies on companies that have made the journey towards becoming a great workplace. In addition, the workshop also elaborates on how best to sustain a great workplace culture while continuously developing the same, and the practical application of the framework to attract and retain the most valuable asset of an organisation – the employees. Independent research has proven that organisations recognised as great workplaces out-perform other entities by over three times financially with significant business benefits. In such a context, The workshop is an ideal platform for organisations to identify and initiate the journey towards creating a Great Workplace, which ultimately enables them to measure themselves against global standards and gain valuable insight with regard to existing workplace practices, specially with nominations being called for the ‘Sri Lanka’s Best Companies to Work For – 2015’ study. Registrations are now open for the workshop on the ‘Fundamentals of Creating a Great Workplace’, which will be held on 24 July at Hotel Taj Samudra from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please contact Shana 0778947244, Bhathiya 0776245496, Shenali 0775957735 or email [email protected]  for more details.
