Glover Daniels International a UK based recruitment and consulting firm officially launched its talent recruitment, executive solutions and consulting solutions divisions for the Sri Lankan market.
Glover Daniels was one the first 100% foreign owned companies to invest in Sri Lanka under the BOI scheme after the war ended. The company was initially established in the UK in 1999. Since 2010 they have been operating their 35-man global research solutions centre of excellence from Colombo for a wide range of global clients across all sectors and geographies. Their clients range from small specialist boutiques consultancies to global corporates. The company uses a combination of the very latest social media, internet and telephone research expertise which ensures that every project is tailored to solve their client’s specific recruitment and HR requirements.
The company founder and CEO Michael Moonesinghe claimed that Glover Daniels service philosophy ensures an unbiased, technologically savvy, customised recruiting and talent development strategy for Sri Lankan cooperates.
The talent solution division specially intends to utilise the largely untapped Sri Lankan overseas community for recruitment opportunities through its vast international network.
