The Hirdaramani Group recently held a Leadership Forum for its future leaders, bringing together a distinguished panel of successful businessmen from multiple disciplines.
The event enabled a highly interactive forum in which the panel talked about their experiences including what it takes to be a leader, starting out, making tough calls and answered questions from the audience.
Speaking on the panel were: Anthony Jayaranjan – former SVP L&D, John Keells Holdings, Viran Perera – Country Head, MAST Far East, Chevaan Daniel – Channel Head, News 1st and MTV Sports Channel, Ravichandran Nadimuttu – Director, NIKE Apparel Innovation and Technology Centre, Harsha Purasinghe – CEO, Microimage, Vinod Hirdaramani – Director, Hirdaramani Group and Ranil Pathirana – Director, Hirdaramani Group.
This event was part of the Hirdaramani Leadership Program, a six month program created to empower and enable leaders within the organisation. A combination of training, workshops, mentoring and learning aimed at enabling staff to identify and utilise their inherent leadership skills, the program reinforces the company’s commitment to developing Sri Lankan talent and empowering individual potential. The Leadership Program is run in partnership with Hi5 Consulting.
