Hirdaramani Leadership Development Program holds 2013 graduation

The graduation ceremony of the Hirdaramani Leadership Program Class of 2013 was held on 3 October at the Hilton Colombo Residence.
After an intensive seven month process consisting of assessments, corporate workshops, work-based assignments and self-learning, a total of 58 graduates completed the program with exceptional results.
Appreciative of his experience in the program, Mohan Prabash who received the award for Overall Achiever, said: “LDP helped me to understand how I can withstand and overcome challenges to achieve both my professional and personal objectives. It also taught what it takes to be a leader. The ability to lead, inspire and empower people to achieve a shared vision.”
Chamindra Dassanayake, Group Head of Human Resources, said, “This program embodies the Hirdaramani Management’s dedication to enhance careers and create opportunities for growth, via a series of learning initiatives that will help them in their leadership journey. The program was launched in 2012, and the immense impact it had in its first year galvanised the Group’s commitment to this as a platform for enabling Hirdaramani employees to realise their leadership potential.”
