Hirdaramani Leadership Development Program holds 2013 graduation

The graduation ceremony of the Hirdaramani Leadership Program Class of 2013 was held on 3 October at the Hilton Colombo Residence. After an intensive seven month process consisting of assessments, corporate workshops, work-based assignments and self-learning, a total of 58 graduates completed the program with exceptional results. Appreciative of his experience in the program, Mohan Prabash who received the award for Overall Achiever, said: “LDP helped me to understand how I can withstand and overcome challenges to achieve both my professional and personal objectives. It also taught what it takes to be a leader. The ability to lead, inspire and empower people to achieve a shared vision.” Chamindra Dassanayake, Group Head of Human Resources, said, “This program embodies the Hirdaramani Management’s dedication to enhance careers and create opportunities for growth, via a series of learning initiatives that will help them in their leadership journey.
