PHOTO---KUMAR-DE-SILVA.The Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Sri Lanka’s premier professional body in HRM, is happy to present yet another Corporate Etiquette Training session by well-known trainer Kumar de Silva. These programs are centred around “Personality Development and Corporate Etiquette” and will be conducted by Kumar de Silva in collaboration with IPM on 31 March at the Galadari Hotel.

“Corporate Etiquette isn’t just about holding a glass of whisky or wine at a cocktail, or eating with a fork and knife at a business meal. It’s much more than that. My sessions immerse the participants in a 360 degree head-to-toe experience which is both vertical and horizontal. To me, they are all unofficial Brand Ambassadors of the organisations they work for and thus their behaviour and every move are of critical importance” says de Silva.

Corporate employees are constantly being challenged by the rapidly changing needs of the business environments they function in. “It is thus of critical importance that the staff of every organisation is endowed with finely tuned soft skills to enable them to stand out tall and be the envy of their peers”, de Silva added.
