Jayadeva appointed as Alternate Director to Colombo Land board

Devadharshan Jayadeva has been appointed to the Board of Colombo Land and Development Co. PLC., as an alternate Director to Singaporean Director Ng Yao Xing with effect from 1 November 2013.

Jayadeva has been with Colombo Land & Development Co. PLC., since 2005. He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. He holds a MBA from the University of Wales, UK. He also holds directorships in the following subsidiary Companies of Colombo Land & Development Co. PLC. Liberty Holdings Ltd., Agrispice Ltd., Liberty Developers Ltd. and Anantya Global Solutions. Jayadeva has also worked at Lanka IOC PLC., United Parcel Services and Ernest & Young before he joined CLDC.
