LAHES presents 3-week Global Leadership program in US

In yet another novel initiative, LAHES – The Corporate Campus presents the ‘LAHES-NIU Executive Certificate in Leadership’ in collaboration with the Northern Illinois University (NIU), Chicago, USA. The program consists of essential topics for leaders and is rolled out during three weeks in the US.
Some of the topics are: Unlocking your leadership potential; strategic management and decision-making; strategic planning and developing strategic action plans; corporate communication strategies for effective inter-cultural communication; conflict management and negotiation and mediation; driving innovations through creativity; effective public speaking, etc.
The three-week stay also includes many site visits. The participants will develop action plans which will be presented at the end of the program. Accommodation too is provided.
In addition, the participants will follow two topics – understanding one’s personality and managing self and time – at the LAHES-Corporate campus in Sri Lanka during a period of three days.
“The ‘LAHES-NIU Executive Certificate in Leadership’ is a first-of-its kind leadership development program. The participants of this program will not only be able to acquire the latest knowledge, but also will have the opportunity of networking and will be exposed to best practices. This unique program is held in June and is now open for registration. The fee per person is Rs. 460,000 which is inclusive of the program fee in the US, site visits and accommodation with meals.
