Leadership and motivational training session “Go beyond Excellence”

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) will hold a half day leadership and motivational training session titled “Go Beyond Excellence” on Thursday 28th June 2012 from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the Chamber auditorium, 450, D R Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.

The trainer is Riaz Hassen, a well experienced leadership and motivational speaker. Hassen is the Managing Director of Mayfair Lanka Ltd and is professional marketer, motivational and leadership trainer. He has conducted many motivational and leadership programs for leading corporate sector companies local and overseas.

This training workshop is designed to take individuals, employees of organizations to greater heights in achieving their absolute potential by increasing the levels of self-confidence. As per the trainer, full potential of many employees is not explored as they are not confident of their capabilities. Trainer will take the participants through a training process ultimately targeting to increase their self confidence to the maximum. He will train participants to conquer the fears within and awaken hidden power and inspire individuals to perform to their best abilities with unshakable confidence and persuasive power that lead straight to success. Complete transformation of the outlook of the personal and career and life through sharing great success stories of individuals will be adopted. Participants will be trained to embrace positive attitudes and show leadership qualities in all faculties of their lives.
