A Motivational Training Seminar organised by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka will be held on 3 October 2013 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the National Chamber Auditorium 450 D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo-10. Employees are the building blocks of an organisation. Organisational success depends on the collective efforts of the employees and they will collectively contribute to organisational growth when they are motivated. Trainer Dr. Naomal Balasuriya, a medical doctor turned motivational speaker/corporate trainer, will be the speaker. The program conducted in live demo by Dr. Balasuriya with an unorthodox training style of his own will take the audience on a life-changing journey, never experienced before.
