For the second consecutive year, Microimage Ltd will be partnering with the Association of Human Resource Professionals as the official Technology Partner for the prestigious HRM Awards and Learning Conference to be held on 6 March at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo.
HRM Awards 2014/2015 is conducted in partnership with AON Hewitt India, the largest human resource consulting group in the world and would benchmark the Human Resource Management in Sri Lanka with internationally accepted guidelines creating value to participating institutions.
Microimage, a leading Human Resource Solutions company, has been in the forefront of creating innovative platforms for HR’s best practices in today’s business environment. The company has been extending its support to this biennium event as it honours the passion and commitment of organisations that embraces innovative thinking and strategies in human resource management.

Initially launched by the Association of Human Resource Professionals to benchmark the ‘Best HRM Practices’ in Sri Lanka, the Awards have since then evolved into a competitive arena in which corporate giants and small companies alike compete for recognition and ranking as one of the ‘Super 10’ practitioners of HRM in the country.
The aim of the Learning Conference is to create a knowledge platform that enhances the perspective of key decision makers who influence the human resource of an organisation. The Learning Conference also brings into focus the best practices unearthed from the awards evaluation criteria over the last few years. It also discusses topics of relevance to managing human talent in the present global and local context and will create a platform for business leaders, CEO, CFOs and Human Resource Professionals to deliberate and discuss how HR drives the bottom line creating sustainable growth for organisations under an apt theme ‘The Axiom Revolution’.
