The Outward Bound Professional Development Training program is a provocative and engaging one, which develops capacities of mind, body and spirit and turns the spotlight on the essence of the leadership values and holds a mirror against the participants for them to see their inner potential.
The Sri Lanka Business Development Centre (SLBDC) in collaboration with the Outward Bound Trust (OBT) – Sri Lanka conducted an Outward Bound ‘Weekend Challenge’ training program for the staff of the Ministry of Muslim Religious Affairs and Posts from 12-14 March at Hotel Sigiriya, Sigiriya.
The main objective of this training program was to foster interpersonal skills, develop team spirit and leadership qualities through various activities. Participants were encouraged to think differently and develop confidence to accept challenges with a positive attitude and creative mindset.
