Recruitment Giant MIL Holdings rebrands as Mankind, launches new website

Recruitment specialist Mankind recently unveiled its new brand identity at an event held at the Galadari Hotel. The company also launched its revamped, user-friendly website at the event. Mankind will now exclusively represent the renowned corporate brand of MIL Holdings, which has 36 years of experience in the sector. The company specialises in executive search, outsourcing and placement of employees in firms both locally and overseas. With the rebranding, Mankind will represent MIL Holdings’ six independent and diversified recruitment entities thereby bringing them under one umbrella. These brands are the Appointment of International Management Specialists (AIMS), Hunt A Skill (HAS), Maritime Placements Ltd. (MPL), Executive Search Ltd. (ESL), Maritime International Ltd. (MIL) and Maritime Property Management and Maintenance Ltd. (MPM).                 The event saw enthusiastic participation from staff and longstanding clients. Members of several top corporates were also present at the occasion to show their support for Mankind, in recognition of their status as a significant player in the recruitment market since 1978. Prominent among them was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Advisor to Al-Futtaim Group in Sri Lanka, Tilak de Zoysa. Zoysa is also Chairman of AMW Capital Leasing and Finance Plc, Carson Cumberbatch, a past Chairman of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Board of several other listed companies. Other guests who graced the occasion included Director/Chief Executive Officer of NDB Rajendra Theagarajah and Past Chairman of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and the Industrial Association of Sri Lanka, Dr. Anura Ekanayake, who thanked Mankind for assisting them in their search and sourcing of a wide range of middle to senior managerial staff for their respective institutions. “It has been a long journey, watching this company grow over three decades.
