This certification reflects the centre’s objectives and aspirations to offer the best staff training program for newly recruited staff members at Sri Lankan higher educational institutions according to national and international standards.

The SDC strives to become the center of excellence for enhancing knowledge, skills and attitudes of the stakeholders of the Sri Lankan higher education sector by providing professional development opportunities and resources to meet the evolving needs of Sri Lankan higher educational institutions.
