Siddhalepa managerial and executive staff participate in outbound training

With the aim of delivering a further improved service to the customers and enhancing the cohesiveness, commitment and confidence, the managerial and executive staff of Siddhalepa Group went on an outbound training program which was conducted by Spirit and Eco Adventure Living Squad (SEALS) recently.
It was a joyous occasion for the participants where their team spirit, leadership qualities, communication skills, problem solving techniques and strategic thinking abilities were developed in an appropriate learning and adventure environment.
