Sky Training Academy Ltd., founded as a sister company of Apex Business Academy Ltd. is set to conduct its maiden training program ‘How to become a High Performer’ on 2 April in Matara and Galle. The session will be conducted by Deepanie Perera, a highly sought after Human Resource trainer in the country.
Aimed at operational management, the program has been designed to train participants on how to become responsible and effective employees in the work place. The session will also cover hard skills and soft skills required to succeed in an organisation, as well as the importance of attitudes and personal grooming for career success.
Sky Training Academy was established as part of the Apex Business Academy’s diversification strategy into the corporate sector. Already established in the south as a quality educator of secondary and tertiary education as well as professional studies, Apex will use Sky as a vehicle to introduce professional training and development to the southern workforce.
Already the pioneering leader in CIMA education in the south, Apex, through Sky Training Academy, is keen to provide the southern work force with an opportunity to sharpen their skill set to succeed in their careers, an aspect that was hitherto unavailable, and highlighted as a need nationwide.
Sky Training Academy has partnered with best trainers in Sri Lanka to carry out a multitude of training programs and workshops throughout the year on many aspects of training and development such as motivation, team building, stress management, finance and human resource management. The sessions are to be conducted in both English and Sinhala, in both Galle and Matara. With this innovation, Sky Training Academy hopes that the south would be able to help build a world class work force, in the comfort of home turf.
