Sri Lanka’s Top 20 Best Companies to Work for 2015 awards in June

  • Third annual initiative by Great Place to Work Institute in partnership with Fairway Holdings 

 

For the third consecutive year, concluding yet another cycle of studying over 12000 employees from an excess of 60 companies, Great Place To Work Institute will present in June the ‘Top 20 Best Companies to Work for in Sri Lanka’ for the year 2015, in association with Fairway Holdings. 

Great Place to Work Institute is a global research, consulting and assessment organization that helps companies identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. Since 1980, Great Place To Work has been asking employees from all over the world about what characterizes a Great Workplace. The responses that have been gathered over a span of 30+ years has been the foundation of the definition of a Great Place To Work - where employees TRUST their management, take PRIDE in their job and enjoy a sense of CAMRADERIE with their colleagues. 

In recognition of an elevated level of participation in the study and more companies meeting the global standard required to be recognized as a great workplace, Great Place to Work has moved from a list of 15 in 2014 to a Top 20 Best Companies to Work for list in 2015.
