Target Resource will be conducting a day long interactive workshop on ‘Interviewing and Selecting Candidates Effectively’ as a launch to the Discover Excellence Series on 31 October 2013 at the Hilton Colombo Residence (JAIC).

The program will extensively cover what research says and implications for practitioners, an effective interviewing process that is best suited to individual organisational need, knowing and avoiding pitfalls, decision strategies and tools, intricacies of making the decisions and evaluation of the effort. The participants will include a cross section of top corporates who will richly benefit through a very rare and an enriching opportunity to share and learn best practices through interactive presentations, videos, role playing and reflections.
