Target Resource develops uni undergraduates to bridge in effort to bridge talent challenge

Target Resource Ltd. (www.targetresource.org), a sought-after business consulting and HR solutions provider in their commitment towards bridging the local talent challenge, has undertaken to develop university undergraduates primarily from State universities in a series of very well-received workshops and programs. The core objective is to develop students to become job-ready in the immediate term, by combining their academic learning with industry needs. Working very closely with the academic management of universities, interventions are customised to suit specific audiences, where behavioural change is measured and in some cases tied to student evaluations too; with students producing extremely encouraging results. The principal facilitator has been Deepanie Perera, the CEO of Target Resource and an academic herself.
