In ‘Interviewing and Selecting Candidates Effectively’ workshop at Hilton Colombo Residence
Target Resource Ltd. (www.targetresource.org) launched the ‘Discover Excellence Series’, a learning and development intervention for the corporate sector, in their workshop themed ‘Interviewing and Selecting Candidates Effectively’ held recently at the Hilton Colombo Residence to a packed audience.
Participants from 12 top corporates represented a cross section of services and manufacturing entities of multinationals and blue chip companies who returned extremely encouraging feedback on the learning and the level of delight with the overall workshop experience.
This highly interactive program extensively covered research and implications for practitioners, effective interviewing processes that is best suited to individual organisational needs, knowing and avoiding pitfalls, decision strategies and tools, intricacies of making the decision and evaluation of the effort. Participants were awarded with ‘Target Resource Certificates of Excellence’.
The workshop was facilitated by Target Resource founder, chief executive officer and lead facilitator Deepanie Perera, who is a sought after trainer, lecturer, coach, mentor, writer, speaker and an international researcher. She has addressed a number of local and global conferences and trained a large number of people in multi disciplines over the past decade, guiding them to succeed.
