Top companies HSBC, LB Finance and MBSL Insurance boost CA Sri Lanka’s training partner portfolio

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) recently received a tremendous boost to its training partnership portfolio with three leading companies coming onboard as training partners. Electronic Data Processing (Lanka) Ltd., LB Finance PLC and MBSL Insurance Co. Ltd were recognised as Strategic Level training partners at a ceremony held at the Institute recently. CA Sri Lanka President Sujeewa Rajapakse awarded the strategic level training partner certificate to HSBC’s Ghanshyam Das Khandelwal, Head of Service Delivery, HSBC Securities Services Operations, Sri Lanka and Sinnappan Naveendran, Head of Financial Reporting and Transfer Agency, HSBC Securities Services Operations, Sri Lanka. Rajapakse also awarded the training partner certificates to LB Finance’s Chief Financial Officer D.S. Nishanthi Weerasooriya and MBSL Insurance Co. Ltd’s Finance Manager Lakshitha Jayasinghe. Chief Executive Officer of CA Sri Lanka Aruna Alwis, Chairman of the Students Training and Development Committee T. Dharmarajah, and the committee’s alternate chairman Sanjaya Bandara, were also present at the event.
