Sri Lanka Foundation (SLF) is the Centre for Leadership, Education and Training in Sri Lanka, established under an Act of Parliament, The Sri Lanka Foundation Law No.31 of 1973. SLF functions autonomously under the purview of the Presidential secretariat of Sri Lanka and is managed by a Board under the chairmanship of Prof. Ranjit Bandara. All study programs are registered under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka.
