Triumph Sri Lanka felicitates top performers with 2014 gala sale conference

Triumph Sri Lanka recently felicitated the top performers at the Triumph Sales Conference 2014 which was held in Colombo. The conference carried a Rio carnival theme which was vibrantly colourful. Over 500 people including the direct dealers, wholesale partners, dealers, key account partners and important stakeholders participated.
The main objective of the conference was to recognise and reward Triumph’s top performers who contributed towards the growth of Triumph in Sri Lanka. As a lingerie manufacturer and a distributor Triumph’s key to success is the partner network which spans across many geographic regions in Sri Lanka. All partners have performed exceptionally well during the previous year and their achievements were highlighted at the conference. The conference was used as a platform to communicate Triumph’s future goals and direction as well in order to motivate and drive the partners.
Triumph International General Manager – India and Sri Lanka Shalindra Fernando quoted, “Triumph Sri Lanka is committed to building long term partnerships with its key stakeholders and the 2014 sales conference was dedicated to appreciate and reward those who have put their heart and soul to make Triumph the number one lingerie brand in Sri Lanka. Triumph International Lanka Sales Manager Sajeeva Tillekeratne said, “Triumph partner network is pivotal to the success of Triumph in Sri Lanka as they reach beyond the limits to deliver our fine products to the Sri Lankan women right across the country. Recognising their efforts and rewarding them for their contribution is our way of showing the appreciation and thankfulness.”
Common criterion to identify top performers
A common criterion was deployed to identify the top performers and through this Triumph motivated the partners to compete for the awards. The winners were selected based on their performance and the contribution made towards the growth of the company. Nolimit won the Gold award in the Large Scale Key Account Partner category which was the highlight of the conference. Nolimit is the oldest key account partner and the single largest turnover generator for Triumph Sri Lanka. Silver award was won by Glitz and the Bronze was won by Cool Planet on the same category.
Medium scale key account partner gold was awarded to Fashion Bug whereas as silver was taken by Beverly Street and the upcoming key account partner gold was awarded to CIB. Best dealer centre of the year gold was awarded to M.J. Perera whereas the best direct sales consultant of the year gold was won by Suhainia Razaak. Highest turnover generating sales consultant award was won by Deepa Nagthall and best dealer southern and northern were respectively won by Thilakawardana Textiles and Sriyani Dress Point.
The event itself had an amazing celebratory atmosphere which made the event memorable to all participants. The Rio carnival offered many exciting games and amusement acts which kept the crowd engaged right throughout.
