COPENHAGEN (Reuters): Denmark’s seasonally adjusted gross domestic product (GDP) grew 0.2% in the first quarter from the previous three month period, preliminary data from the national statistics office showed on Friday.
Economists surveyed by Reuters had on average expected 0.2% quarter-on-quarter growth. Figures showed the economy contracted 0.8% against the same period in 2012.
