LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com): Paul Walker has left his entire estate, valued at $25 million, to his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.
Filed Jan 28 in Santa Barbara, the “Fast and the Furious” actor’s last will and testament also names Walker’s father the executor of the estate. His mother has been named Meadow’s guardian, according to court documents obtained by TheWrap.
The will was prepared and signed in 2001, the same year he first starred in the original “Fast and the Furious.” The successful franchise will continue to generate residuals to the estate.
Walker, 40, died in a car crash in Valencia, Calif in November. He had been in Valencia for a fundraiser benefiting his charity Reach Out Worldwide.
The Porsche that the star died in was traveling at a speed of more than 100 miles per hour when it crashed, the Los Angeles County coroner’s department determined.
Walker and business partner Roger Rodas – who was driving the Porsche during the fiery crash – tested negative for alcohol and drugs, as did Walker. The deaths have been deemed accidental, caused by an auto colliding with a fixed object.
