‘Celebrate Ingenuity’ at SLASSCOM Innovation Awards 2018 on Thursday

The SLASSCOM Innovation Summit & Awards “Celebrate Ingenuity!” is to be held on Thursday, 14 June at the Cinnamon Grand, Colombo. Applications for the Awards Segment closed last week with over 90 submissions across seven award categories which include, Best Product Innovation, Best Startup Product/Services, Best Client Delivery Innovation, Best Disruptor, Best Innovation in Internal Process, Best Innovation in Business Process Management and Best Technology/Framework Innovation. It was inspiring to see entries come in across the full spectrum of IT/BPM services. This is a great testimony to the innovation present in the industry, across product development and global IT/BPM services. 

An accomplished panel of international judges would be available to moderate the selection process. These include Prof. Soumitra Dutta, Cornell University, Dr. Lourdes Casanova, Cornell University, Fredrik Syversen, Director of Industry Development at ICT Norway, Sanjeev Agrawal, President and CMO at LeanTaaS and former Head of Global Product Marketing at Google, Guillaume Alabert, CEO Prizle, and Rene Gonzalez, Co-Founder and CFO, Bella Pear LLC.
