Dialog Axiata pioneers AI-powered network optimisation with “AI for Networks”

Dialog Axiata announced the successful completion of an “AI for Network” trial, in collaboration with Meta, marking a groundbreaking advancement in integrating artificial intelligence to enhance network optimisation and Quality of Experience (QoE) in a responsible manner. Conducted over the past two months, this trial highlights the potential of AI to revolutionise telecommunications infrastructure and improve connectivity for millions of users.

The collaboration leverages Meta’s Llama AI models to analyse and optimise Dialog’s network, ensuring improved call quality, seamless video delivery, and superior user experiences. By utilising QoE insights for network optimisation from Meta, the trial has demonstrated significant improvements in operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Dialog Axiata now plans to roll out the deployment of the AI-powered solution across the country starting in March, reinforcing Dialog’s ongoing commitment to innovation and collaboration in shaping the future of telecommunications.
