FITIS successfully concludes Technology Channel Conference 4.0

The first ever Technology Channel Conference 4.0 organised by FITIS ICT Infrastructure Chapter was successfully concluded at Shangri-La Colombo on 23 January 2023.

The objective of the event was to foster the ICT Infrastructure Members and industry to prepare for the post pandemic businesses and building stronger players in the industry. The industry has many challenges in this post-pandemic situation and Economic downturn with more than 65% inflation has taken down the consumer business back to 5 years from today. So FITIS is working on building stronger channel partners in order to meet the country’s future requirements.

The conference provided the insights of Technology Changes, how it will affect the industry and Channel Partners in coming years. Best practices in finance for entrepreneurs and business success and best HR practices for a successful business was the key highlight of the conference. Further, Technology transformation and importance of Digital Economy also one of the key mandates in the conference as those are important elements for the success of the members and channels partners of FITIS ICT Infrastructure Chapter.

The event was concluded by recognising key significant contributors to ICT Infrastructure business who have contributed to the industry for more than 25 years making significant impact.

FITIS ICT Infrastructure Chapter President Gnanam Sellathurrai said he is expecting more events targeting the member companies and industry partners. FITIS also thanked all the participants, speakers and the valued sponsors for the event.
