NITC virtually hosted by Finetech Consultancy, authorised Zoom partner in Sri Lanka

The National Information Technology Conference (NITC) organised by the CSSL annually, is one of the flagship ICT events in Sri Lanka as well as the region. The event involved key ICT decision makers in the private and public sector together to share and discuss latest trends in Information and Communication Technology with over 60 foreign and local prominent speakers and 1,000+ ICT professionals.

For the 39th consecutive year, the CSSL organised the National Information Technology Conference (NITC), with the timely theme ‘Accelerate Technology Diffusion’ to bring better value proposition for the participants and also to add value to Sri Lanka by attracting more foreign delegates as well as speakers.

This year too due to the ongoing pandemic the conference was held virtually via Zoom. As a platform sponsor, the CSSL was able to partner with Finetech Consultancy Ltd., the Google Premier Partner and Zoom authorised partner for Sri Lanka and Maldives. The virtual conference took place on 12 and 13 October from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The conference was addressed by many honorary guest speakers such as Minister Namal Rajapaksa, Dr. Nalaka Godahewa, Prof. Ranjith Bandara and many more. 

CSSL President Damith Hettihewa mentioned that it was a great partnership to work with Finetech and Zoom who came in as platform Sponsors to support the NITC. Finetech provided the platform and technical assistance during the conference as well as pre and post conference support.
