Global smartphone brand OPPO recently conducted a two-day motivation campaign titled ‘OPPO Motivation Camp 2019’ for all OPPO sales and marketing representative’s islandwide. In addition to being exposed to the best of the industry experts and veterans from OPPO, the participants also had the opportunity to undergo an extensive outbound training program on teambuilding at the Laya Leisure Kukuleganga.

The first speaker OPPO Lanka Finance Head Lei Runzhou shed light on the OPPO Enterprise Culture whilst Marketing Manager Peter Yao presented a snapshot on OPPO Global Developments. Brand Manager Tharanga Weerasinghe touched upon OPPO Sri Lanka marketing and the journey taken so far. Mark Hu from Operations spoke under the topic ‘Origin of Sales – new corporation’. OPPO Regional Manager Andy Wu presented a segment on ‘Key Shops and Relationships’.
Whilst Product Manager Shawn Yan took the participants through an interesting case titled ‘Outstanding Promoters Development’, Training Manager Sandun Manage presented a section on Product Training.
An accomplished champion in sales and marketing himself with a proven track-record, OPPO Lanka CEO Bob Li spoke about ‘OPPO Sri Lanka - Current Situation and Requirement’.
“We believe in knowledge sharing and imparting the insights and the exposure we could provide from our headquarters and regional markets as well as adapting them to the local market condition here in Sri Lanka. The purpose of this training program was to motivate all of us to be the very best for OPPO Lanka in terms promoting the brand OPPO and to bring out the best of ourselves. The outbound training has become an inherent part of corporate training and this additional reward is timely and apt for sales representatives who will be able to uncover hidden talents and refine the art of teamwork and striving for excellence during their training. OPPO Training Department conducted the motivation camp and the outbound training program which comprised a number of well-strategised team building programs. Designed to instil qualities that create more effective teams in terms of enhancing productivity and service excellence, the teambuilding exercises guided participant to acquire the necessary tools and strategies to become leaders that form well-functioning teams.
Teambuilding exercises included an array of exciting games and activities whilst all enjoyed a post-event BBQ.
