Further deepening the discussion, EY Partner Shanaka De Silva delivered speech on unlocking business potential through successful ERP implementation. His presentation provided actionable insights into navigating the complex landscape of digital transformation, underscoring the importance of strategic planning and execution.

The session continued with Lanka Hospitals PLC Group Chief Executive Officer Deepthi Lokuarachchi, who emphasised the need for innovative ERP solutions in the healthcare sector to streamline operations. He highlighted that Lanka Hospitals operates in a uniquely complex business environment, where multiple systems previously operated in isolation. By implementing the right ERP solution, they were able to integrate and centralise all their systems with minimal customisations. The panel featured distinguished experts, including University of Sri Jayawardenepura Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce Dr. Dushan Jayawickrama, Geological Survey and Mines Bureau Chairman Dr. Kithsiri Manchanayake, and Sunshine Holdings Director and Sunshine Group Chief Financial Officer Aruna Deepthi Kumara.
