Singer and SLT-Mobitel forge strategic partnership to enhance connectivity and offer exciting benefits

Singer Sri Lanka, the nation’s leading consumer durables retailer, has entered a strategic partnership with SLT-Mobitel, Sri Lanka’s National ICT Solutions Provider. 

This collaboration marks the beginning of two innovative projects that aim to elevate customer convenience by providing access to mobile connectivity at any of the Singer branches located island-wide.

As part of this partnership, Singer will integrate SLT-Mobitel SIM card sales into 410 of its showrooms. This initiative allows customers purchasing mobile phones at Singer outlets to conveniently opt for an SLT-Mobitel SIM card on the spot. The integration of SIM card sales within Singer’s retail experience ensures that customers can benefit from a seamless, one-stop shopping experience. In addition to purchasing SIM cards, customers can also avail themselves of an initial reload service at the same location, simplifying the process of getting started with their new mobile connection.

In a strategic move to offer a superior connectivity experience, SLT-Mobitel continues to strengthen its network by implementing cutting-edge technologies like 4.5G, VoLTE, and 5G trial services. Upon visiting, customers will have the opportunity to upgrade their devices to 4G/5G-enabled phones at a discounted price, bundled with attractive data packages from SLT-Mobitel.
