Team at software specialist Hatchyard optimistic about future

Hatchyard, a software development company with its head office based in Colombo celebrated Sinhala and Tamil New Year on 19 April.

The celebration took place in the presence of all team members along with Hatchyard Chairman Niroshan Hewakoparage, and other team members who virtually joined them in celebration.

The event started with a warm welcome speech from the Chairman Niroshan Hewakoparage in which he addressed the substantial growth Hatchyard has seen in the past few months. Hatchyard has expanded in acquiring a global clientele which has opened up a lot of opportunities and avenues to serve enterprises and market leaders.

Starting with a team of three, Hatchyard has now expanded into a team of 40 consisting of well-qualified young talents. He also appreciated the team players for striving with perseverance to achieve the best for the company regardless of the ongoing pandemic and challenging environment to work in.

Hatchyard provides services to clients based in Australia, The USA, Middle - East and Europe in developing and providing solutions by deploying products and software that supports businesses’ needs and requirements. With a dynamic team in-house led by Malith, Shehan and Nishantha, the management operates with a very flat hierarchy enabling team players at Hatchyard to work efficiently and productively, delivering projects on time meeting tight deadlines.

Following the Chairman’s speech and traditional rituals, employees indulged in delicious treats and played games which was an ice breaker for the new-bees. It was a day of fun and laughter. Team Hatchyard looks forward to a wonderful new year and wishes every Sri Lankan the same!
