Virtusa wins two 2021 Pega Partner Innovation awards

Recognition for ‘Delivery Excellence’ and ‘Client Innovation’

Virtusa Corporation, a global provider of digital strategy, digital engineering, and IT services and solutions that help clients change and disrupt markets through innovation engineering, recently received two Pega Partner Innovation Awards.

Virtusa was recognised for ‘Delivery Excellence’ as well as ‘Client Innovation’.

The 2021 Pega Partner Innovation Awards recognised partners that demonstrate an extraordinary ability to accelerate client success through digital transformation (DT) using Pega’s industry-leading customer engagement and intelligent automation solutions.

For this year’s awards, Virtusa was honoured in two areas. These include:

Client Innovation

Virtusa was recognised for delivering a robotic process automation solution for a leading American healthcare services company. As a result of this work, the client realised $ 5 million in yearly cost savings and more than a 30% increase in customer satisfaction and quality.

Delivery Excellence

Virtusa was awarded for a highly collaborative sales-to-delivery transition and engaging Pega Consulting co-production.

The Virtusa and Pega partnership began in 2002 and since then, the two companies have delivered solutions across industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecom, media, and manufacturing.

In January of this year, Pega presented Virtusa with a ‘Sales Excellence Award’, which recognises partners with the top 2020 results in sales impact for each region. Virtusa was awarded for its success in the Americas.
