Abans unveils LG Optimus Vu portable smartphone plus tablet

Abans Ltd., has unveiled LG Optimus Vu, the portable smartphone plus tablet to the Sri Lankan market.

“The LG Optimus Vu is more than just an ordinary smartphone. Equipped with a slim pressure sensitive stylus, it’s an all-in-one device that can even, like for many users, be your ideal substitute for both a smartphone and a tablet PC,” a spokesman said

Housing a powerful 1.5GHz quad core tegra 3 processor and 1GB of RAM, the LG Optimus Vu (which runs on the smooth Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4) comprises of a 5.0” IPS touchscreen display (of 1024 x 768 resolution), a massive 2080mAh battery to power the device, and an ample 32GB of internal memory. It also has an 8MP snapper at the back as well an impressive 1.3MP front facing camera. This smartphone also packs HDMI, WiFi Direct (super fast wireless data transfer) and DLNA in addition to WiFi, 3G and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.
