Airtel launches ‘Music Magic Card’ in Sri Lanka

Bharti Airtel, a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 19 countries across Asia and Africa, last week announced the launch of ‘Music Magic Card,’ an exciting value added services (VAS) for its mobile customers in Sri Lanka.

This is the first time a service of this nature has been made available for Sri Lankan consumers at over 40,000 retail channel partners across the island. Whether it is English, Sinhala, Tamil or Hindi music, over 1000 songs are now available on Airtel’s all new Music Magic Card.

With time, more and latest music will be added into the Music Magic Card collection --- thus allowing Airtel mobile customers the convenience of enjoying a radio-like experience listening to their favourite music on their mobile phones – anytime, anywhere.

Announcing this launch, Sharan Shetty – Head - Sales and Marketing, Airtel Sri Lanka stated: “Airtel continues to set the trend by launching new products and services that focuses on giving customers offerings that are innovative, current and relevant for them. With this new initiative, Airtel Customers across the island can now listen, enjoy and experience 200 minutes of uninterrupted music without taking a strain on their monthly bill. The minutes loaded into their phones could be used all in one-go or in parts as and when needed. Therefore by experiencing this, Airtel customers could chill, relax and rejuvenate anytime, anywhere under any circumstances.”

Airtel mobile customers can now purchase the ‘Music Magic Card’ at an affordable price of Rs. 79, scratch the PIN and dial *789*PIN*1# to receive 200 minutes of uninterrupted music time on their phones. Airtel ‘Music Magic’ cards are now readily available for purchase and can be used to enjoy music on any type of mobile phone or brand.
