The LBR LBO Annual Enterprise Summit will be held on 14 July at Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand with a total of 30 speakers both local and foreign.
This year’s Platinum and Title Sponsor is Leapset, while Singer Mega and Sampath Bank are Gold sponsors. Etisalat is the mobile enterprises solutions partner.
At a media briefing held in this connection, LBO Founder Publisher Lakshaman Bandaranayake said: “Disruption is not new to civilisation. Since the dawn of civilisation, human beings have experienced disruptions of both natural and anthropogenic origin. Natural history and the history of human civilisation provide abundant examples of disruption: geological, ecological, social, political, and technological. The challenge Sri Lanka’s industry faces today is how best to protect itself from disruptions that could threaten its economic future, how to build new business models to move the whole economy up in the value chain, escape from the middle-income trap, and propel itself to the level of a high-income economy.”
The 2015 edition of LBR LBO Enterprise Summit is dedicated to understanding how technology is impacting the consumer, business, and economy in an unprecedented manner, and how enterprises should embrace and also respond to technology driven, globalised and rapidly evolving business disruption.
The Summit Sessions will comprise of:
