Ceylon Chamber to conduct seminar on cyber security for businesses

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will hold a seminar on cyber security in a bid to create awareness of the growing threat of cybercrimes on businesses.

The upcoming seminar will discuss three titles such as the ‘Possible Threats and Contingency Planning to Protect Your Cyber Space’, ‘Regulatory Cover and Legal Backup for Businesses’ and ‘Internet Defense Strategies for Enterprise’.

The chamber has lined up ICTA Program Director/Legal Advisor Jayantha Fernando, Principal Information Security Engineer Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team Coordination Centre Roshan Chandraguptha and Head of Information Security and Compliance of the Colombo Stock Exchange Wasantha Perera to speak at the event.

Attorney–at–Law and the CEO of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce Dhara Wijayatilake will moderate the session.
