Cloud Smart School to shift schools towards digitisation

CodeGen International Ltd. has partnered with Isipathana College, Colombo to introduce Cloud Smart School, a student learning and school management platform developed by Ombo Technologies, a fully owned subsidiary of CodeGen.

Cloud Smart School is an education system in which schools incorporate the latest technologies to organise, accommodate and optimise the student learning process through ICT for smart education management. Reshaping students’ education experience through a fully integrated platform to cultivate skills that can improve their productivity and development, backed by a strong foundation for school’s operational management is fast becoming a critical requirement in the prevailing environment. 

Isipathana College Principal Premasiri Epa announced the partnership with CodeGen to deploy Cloud Smart School in the presence of CodeGen International Ltd. President Legal and Operations Kusal Subasinghe. The occasion was graced by educational specialists of CodeGen along with the senior administration of the school.  

“Education in the 21st century focuses on developing skills of students through knowledge. In what manner, the system translates this knowledge to students is the key differentiator. Thus, CodeGen is excited about this partnership with Isipathana College, as we take a step forward to revolutionise and reengineer schools in Sri Lanka towards digitisation,” stated Subasinghe.
