Commercial Credit strengthens customer care and sales function with Avonet Technologies

Fiery software startup Avonet Technologies Ltd., recently announced a partnership with one of Sri Lanka’s premier financial services organisations, and 2015’s SLIM ‘Brand of the Year’, Commercial Credit & Finance PLC. The alliance comes following Commercial Credit’s move to strengthen its call centre and sales division with state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. 

Avonet’s cutting-edge CRM solution, ‘Affiniti’, is a fully fledged industry-specific solution that encapsulates the latest technology, industry best practices, powerful platform and user-friendly interface. AFFINITI comprises five highly cohesive modules that are tailored and matched to suit specific organisational requirements. They are Affiniti 360, Affiniti Sales Canvas, Affiniti Marketing Campaign, Club Affiniti and Affiniti Mobile. 

Affiniti was deployed at two major operations at Commercial Credit – Call Centre and Sales Management System. The former utilises AFFINITI 360, which empowers Call Centre Agents to access complete, up-to-date information about Commercial Credit’s customers, at the click of a button, while enabling them to initiate tickets for subsequent service offering. 

Affiniti Sales Canvas was deployed for the Sales Team with advanced functionalities such as user defined contact-to-lead and lead-to-account transition processes. The platform also showcases sales targets, forecasts and actual sales, allowing management to track individual and group performances. The Activity Tracker provides complete history of time and effort utilised on each account. In addition, Sales Canvas’ user friendly interface offers a barrage of other solutions to sales agents enabling them to be at the top of their game at all times.
