National Airport Services and Ground Handling Agent (NASHA) of Somaliland recently signed a long-term deal to use the advanced Departure Control System (DCS) developed by JKCS. This system is named Evinta.DCS.
With this ground-breaking deal, Evinta.DCS now process the flight check-in and boarding functions of three African airlines landing at Hergeisa Airport (HGA). They are Daallo Airlines, Jubba Airways and East African Safari Express.
“Our experience has been really good and it was a long awaited improvement at Hergeisa Airport. Both passengers and our staff are excited to have an automated passenger check-in system at HGA and now we are looking forward to replicate the same success at other airports where our airlines are operating. I am particularly happy to experience the JKCS support service which has been very good especially during initial phase of implementation and I am glad we selected Evinta as our DCS,” said Manager Commercial of NASHA Zahid Hussain.
