Software solution provider EFutures launched an online voting system for CIMA Sri Lanka in collaboration with HLB Edirisinghe & Company.
CIMA Sri Lanka is the leading membership body that offers recognised professional qualifications in management accountancy.
The online voting system is a complete web-based system, which allows CIMA members to vote online for the candidates who are entitled to run for office in 2012, within a restricted timeframe.
“This system offers more convenience to CIMA members when selecting their candidate for the CIMA Committee 2012,” noted EFutures Director Prashan Nagendra.
EFutures Director Rishen Fernando further described that a number of customer-oriented features – including generating reports on total number of votes, rejected voted, and a component to submit the postal votes to the system – had been added to the administrative panel of the online voting system.
Speaking of EFutures, HLB Edirisinghe & Company Partner Priyan Edirisinghe explained that EFutures had exceeded their expectations in terms of responsiveness, tech knowhow and execution.
“Our queries and modification requests were dealt with very professionally and promptly and we would definitely work with EFutures again should the opportunity arise,” said Edirisinghe.
EFutures’ success with the projects it has engaged in has garnered its respect from local and international clients. This respect has led to being able to sustain the systematic lengthening of its client portfolio.
EFutures has been able to build an impressive client list in Sri Lanka and USA and maintain rigorous standards of quality control and maintenance of products over the past 11 years.
