Finetech, Google’s local enterprise provider, has launched an easy-to-use workflow management solution that collaborates with Google documents.

This workflow management solution is a one-stop, state-of-the-art deployment in cloud and on-premise environments that allows users from small, medium or large organisation to work in their private or public cloud infrastructure with greater control over critical business documents.

This cloud-based workflow manager focuses on efficient workflow management and approval processes, document ownership control, and document classification thereby allowing organisations to obtain information from customers, partners and employees in seconds, and significantly reducing document turnaround time.

More importantly, it is aimed at helping customers access, retain and share critical data from anywhere and any device which includes control of information both in transit and at rest, control of emails and retention and access policies and security protocols.

Finetech CEO Clehan Pulle said: “Finetech continues to innovate with Google apps in order to give our customers secure, flexible deployment options that are affordable, and easy to install and use. By understanding the need for safety and document security, this workflow manager gives one person document ownership whilst several people at any given time can work on it to approve, review by adding comments as well as accepting or rejecting a document.”

He explained that the workflow manager is a free and effective way to get a document digitally signed off by a number of people on the team without the need for specialist software.

Additionally, the workflow manager can streamline workflow processes without the use of USBs or emails, handle the automatic transfer ownership of documents which allows one person to have centralised control of documents created in the organisation’s domain by many different people on many different devices from different locations and identify the workflow status and history to get a bird’s eye view of the documents that have been processed or that are in process.

The workflow manager can support a company from five to 5,000 users and can be customised according to the relevant industry. Apart from being totally cost effective, it does not require any programming or designing which means it can be deployed and accessed within 30 minutes of installation. On top of that, customers have free access to Google apps and cloud storage with the deployment of this workflow manager.

The workflow manager is iOS and Android powered with two-step authentication to ensure greater security.
