Gigabyte Ultra Durable 4 Classic motherboards launched

PC House, authorised distributors for GIGABYTE Motherboards and Graphic cards, has introduced Gigabyte Ultra Durable 4 Classic range of high performance motherboards, to the local market.  Debuting on Intel H61 Express Chipset, Gigabyte Ultra Durable 4 Classic motherboards incorporates a range of exciting technologies that safe-guard PCs from common everyday threats, including humidity and moisture, electro-static discharge, sudden power loss and high operating temperatures.

By incorporating a new Glass Fabric Printed Circuit Board (PCB) technology that repels moisture, the new motherboards offer better protection from short circuit and system malfunction caused by humid and damp conditions. The high quality IC microchips, with up to three times the ESD resistance levels compared to traditional ICs, better protects the motherboard, its components and the PC in general against potential damage caused by static electricity. The entire range is equipped with patented DualBIOS technology to provide fail safe protection for the BIOS as well automatically refreshing it from a back up version in the case of a critical power outage. In addition, Gigabyte Ultra Durable 4 Classic motherboards support forthcoming technologies including next generation Intel 22nm processors, and PCI Express Gen. 3 expansion cards.
