Huawei emerges as new giant in smartphones

Singer Sri Lanka and global telecommunications specialists Huawei Investment and Holding Co., Ltd. (Huawei) introduced Huawei smartphones to the country. Huawei emerged as the world’s third best smartphone manufacturer for the third quarter according to vendor and market data compiled by TomiAhonen Analysis.

Huawei smartphones took the world by storm this year with 16 million devices sold across the globe, sealing Huawei’s impressive position as the third best mobile device in 3Q12, internationally.
