Huawei’s Honor 3C to launch end May

Huawei Technologies Lanka Ltd., the local office of the leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider Huawei, officially announced that the Huawei Honor 3C will launch on 28 May. Huawei Honor 3C will debut together with three more attractive affordable smartphones in Sri Lanka. The ICT leader together with its exclusive national distributor partner Singer Sri Lanka has initiated a series of online and social media engagement promotions further building interests amongst its consumers during the product introductory period. A new website, http://www.huaweihonor3c.com/ was launched, where the consumers will be able to log in and stand a chance of winning the new device by guessing the price of the Honor 3C. Interested consumers can also view an educative product video further helping them to research more about the new introduction to Sri Lanka. Speaking about the development Daniel Sun, CEO of Huawei Technologies Lanka Ltd. said: “The introduction of the Honor 3 will create a new dimension in the mid range innovation of smartphones available in Sri Lanka. This new range of smartphones will directly connect to the behaviour of our present consumer, and will further play an integral part in their lifestyles.” Consumers will be able to enjoy a 20% discount from two days of its official launch date, and the device will be available through the country’s largest retail network Singer, including, Singer Mega, Singer Plus and SISIL World stores, comprising of over 400 retail outlets and Singer’s digital media channel that serves 1,000 dealer and distributor outlets across the country. The Huawei Honor 3C device also received over 1.5 million reservations in 36 hours since its first launch announcement last quarter and is known as a successful model that received over 8 million reservations at the pre-order state in Asia.
