Hutch, in partnership with Cargills Food City, has rolled out an exclusive promotion in June to reward its loyal customers. This allows both pre-and post-paid customers of Hutch to win Cargills vouchers worth Rs. 10,000 every day. While customers shop at Cargills, a simple reload or payment of their post-paid bills made through the supermarket island-wide will entitle them to qualify for this daily draw. Hutch AGM, Alliances and IDD Business, Saumithra Gupta, commenting on the promotion, stated: “We are excited to run a daily draw for all Hutch customers where we continuously strive to reward them in every possible way. And with our partnership with Cargills, what’s best than to offer gift vouchers with Sri Lanka’s most valued supermarket chain.” Nadeesha Chandimali Kumari, a winner from Piliyandala, a post-paid customer, was elated when she found out that she was a winner after paying her monthly post-paid bill at the Cargills. She stated that she has got into the habit of settling her bill at Cargills because it is convenient. Sriya Damayanthi of Bandarawela was the winner of the Rs. 10,000 voucher on the first day the draw was held and was very happy to have won. She said that winning the vouchers was timely and never thought that her Rs. 50 reload could make her a winner. Many winners spoken to said that they have found paying bills and reloading at Cargills highly convenient and rewarding at the same time. Gupta explained that there is no minimum value of transaction. Hutch customers are eligible to enter the daily draw irrespective of the amount they top-up or recharge. Hutch users from every part of the country will be able to participate as the promotion will run throughout 204 conveniently located outlets of Sri Lanka’s preferred supermarket brand Cargills, thus increasing everyone’s chances of winning with a simple reload or bill payment. The gift vouchers can be redeemed at any Cargills Food City and Express outlets where customers can shop for their daily essentials on their way home.
