The latest Hutch Shop at Fort was opened at No: 90, Sir Chiththammaplam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 2 on 17 May as the 19th Hutch Shop.

Colombo Mayor A.J.M Muzammil graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and the Hutch Chief Operating Officer Anand Prakash, Hutchison Asia Telecom Director of Projects Anne Chen also graced the occasion

With the opening of this Hutch Shop in fort Hutch customers can obtain any customer related services through the Hutch Shops for pre pay or post pay connections to bill payments, purchasing dongles, reloads etc.

Further customers could experience a Hutch 3G Experience zone situated within this outlet. In addition, based on the Hutch Shop concepts, Hutch has opened 18 Hutch Shops around the country covering main cities such as Kandy, Galle, Matara, Kegalle, Matale, Vavuniya, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Nugegoda, Kiribathgoda etc.
