Leading global BPM provider Newgen Software signs up with Just In Time Group

Just in Time Group, a wholly Sri Lankan owned flagship ICT systems integration company, recently signed up with a leading global provider of Business Process Management solutions, Newgen Software, as a strategic partner towards boosting the upward trend of the ICT landscape in Sri Lanka. The inauguration of this strategic partnership was marked with a forum on ‘Leadership in Emerging Trends of Credit and Trade operations,’ which was attended by key personalities from the banking industry in Sri Lanka. Just In Time Group CEO Dr. Vickum Senanayake, delivering the keynote, spoke of the key challenges the industry faced while striving to keep pace in servicing the all-important customer and ensuring the customer was happy and content. In informal discussions after the presentation, Sethi explained how banks in Sri Lanka could attain such transformations in a phased manner as key strategic initiatives from business, customer service and compliance perspectives.
